TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES - APPRECIATION

Dear All,

TATA Consultancy Services appreciated "Parade Commander".

Dear Col Darshan,

Col Uday might have informed you that the Terrier Security Guards had put up a splendid show of marching on 26th Jan 2013 at Think Campus. When I had requested Col Uday about 3 weeks ago to nominate an ex serviceman to train the guards for the Parade which I intended to have on 26th , he immediately said that he would do the needful. Mr Achappa, an ex BSF Hav Radio Operator , was identified and he trained the guards. I told him what exactly I wanted and set the expectation. As you know, these guards have no clue of drill and have had no training. However, over a period of 10 days, they put in their heart and soul and put up a splendid show.

I would like let you know that Mr Sarvjit too took personal interest and was there almost everyday during their training. I would like appreciate the time, effort and sincerity with which Achappa trained the boys for the parade. The march past was appreciated by one and all as they had never seen such a parade before. I will separately forward some snaps of the parade once I get them.

With warm regards,
Col Badri Vittal

  1. There are many close circuit cameras and if someone do monitor could see that some of the guards do go missing for a couple of hours. Imagine the excuses they could come up with. firstsecurityservices.com
