A Field Staff Training Programme organised by Karnataka Security Services Association (KSSA)

On 29 Oct 2011, Saturday, the undermentioned Staff attended a Field Staff Training Programme organised by Karnataka Security Services Association (KSSA), at Ajantha Hotel, M G Road.

The training programme was conducted by Mr. Ashwath Ramaiah of Unique Consultants. The subjects / topics covered during the whole day's session are as follows:

How to Enjoy Every Moment of Your Work and Life?

   1.   Communication and Interaction Skills with Customers

   2.   Managing Work Stress and Tension

   3.   People Management Skills (Retaining the existing manpower)

   4.   Self Motivation and Positive Attitude

   5.   Planning, Organizing, Working Systematically to avoid last minute rush, crisis & tension

   6.   Inculcating Teamwork, Collective Working

   7.   Developing Loyalty and Sense of Belongingness to the Organisation

   8.   Being Happy Cheerful and Enthusiastic in Life

The training was very interesting, full of humour, interactive and lots of good learning. All the attendees of the training programme mentioned above have been issue with a training material which can be very useful. The other interested staff can contact them and get it photocopied. Shortly same type of training will be held by the same consultants exclusively for the Office Staff.
